On Saturday September 19th from 8-4 my neighborhood will be having a garage sale. Since there are quite a few homes in my development there is the potential for a great turnout. If you are interested in participating in this or helping with this let me know. Here are some ways you could participate:
-Drop off stuff to sell – even if you can’t participate we don’t mind selling your stuff
-General garage sale prep – I’ve offered to help the organizers of this with signage or general help
-Day of sale – unfortunately Kelly is working that day so there will be a need to help sell everything
-Help with donation collection – I’ve gotten the okay to invite our neighbors to drop off their unsold clothing at my house as a donation to Portland Rescue Mission. We will be writing receipts for their donation. This will probably happen towards the end of the day.
-Other – make cookies, lemonade and either sell them or give them away…or maybe you have another idea
